The detailed 3D view uses adapted BodyParts3D 4.0 anatomical meshes from the Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS).

Lung and heart surfaces
The lung-lobe surfaces use the Human Reference Atlas / HuBMAP CCF v1.2 male lung model, by the HuBMAP/HRA contributors. The CCF 3D Reference Object Library is licensed CC BY 4.0. Labeled bronchopulmonary segments were grouped into lobes with smooth shading, simplified, recoloured and positioned within the illustrative body. The heart uses the HRA v1.2 male heart model under the same library license. Its chamber, valve and muscle meshes were grouped, recoloured and fitted to the illustration. These placements combine reference atlases; they are not patient registration.
Adaptations for this preview
The external pelvic surface has been adapted into a neutral illustration without external genital detail. This same body surface is used for Neutral, Female and Male organ views; the choices control optional organ illustrations.
Meshes were grouped into selectable organs, uniformly scaled, smoothed in Blender and given a restrained medical-illustration palette. Relative positions within BodyParts3D were retained; the HRA lung and heart surfaces were fitted separately. Negative-space cavity meshes were excluded. These are generic atlas illustrations, not the user's anatomy or findings, and DBCLS has not reviewed or endorsed this app.
Breast and pelvic anatomy
The breast surfaces, glandular lobes and ducts use HRA / HuBMAP CCF v1.3 left and right mammary gland models. Uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes, ovaries, prostate, seminal-vesicle and duct surfaces use the labeled v1.2 organ models. These are adapted under the library's CC BY 4.0 license. The source files and component names are recorded in the model manifest.
Meshes were simplified, recolored and fitted to this illustrative body. Female reproductive organs were transformed together to retain their relative source arrangement; breast and prostate groups were fitted separately. Ovarian contours were smoothed without adding invented follicles. Breast fat is translucent to expose glandular detail; suspensory-ligament meshes were omitted for readability. The shared face partially blends the atlas facial relief into a softer contour, retaining subtle eyes, nose and mouth. The pelvic overview uses actual displayed organs and faint bone context, with no generic region blob. These adaptations have not undergone anatomical validation, and organ choices do not alter report history.
The First 3D option uses the earlier original ScanTimeline schematic model. Three.js supplies the interactive renderer under its MIT license.

Screenshot and fonts
The screenshot shows the synthetic ScanTimeline prototype. The landing-page video is a rendered animation of the same adapted reference model, with illustrative organ highlights and authored synthetic finding cards. The adapted anatomy depiction is shared under CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan, retaining the historical BodyParts3D notice as well as the current CC BY 4.0 attribution above. No endorsement by atlas contributors is implied.
