Who manages the list?

What you provide
We collect your email, selected plan, the price and consent wording version shown at signup, signup time and an optional broad description of your imaging history. Do not send reports, diagnoses, names of healthcare providers or other medical details. An email linked to a follow-up answer is personal information; this waitlist is not anonymous.
Where it goes and why
The form sends those fields directly from your browser to Loops, our email-list service. We use them to manage launch updates and understand interest in the Free and AI plans. Loops processes email confirmation, list preferences and unsubscribe requests. Marketing emails may record opens and link clicks through Loops to help us understand delivery and engagement. This information is not sent to a medical AI model.
Replit serves the website. Replit and Loops may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata to operate and protect their services. We do not add advertising pixels, session replay or third-party analytics to this page. Fonts and the prototype image are served with the site.
Your choice
Joining is optional, costs nothing and creates no app subscription. The imaging-history question is optional. A private relay email is welcome. For new contacts, email confirmation is required before marketing updates. Existing subscribers may be handled differently by Loops.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Marketing emails include Loops’ unsubscribe or preference-center link. Unsubscribing stops the applicable emails but does not necessarily erase the contact record. For deletion, use the contact address above. We will review pending contacts after 30 days and the remaining waitlist at least every six months, removing data no longer needed for this launch purpose. This is a manual process. Service-provider backup copies and suppression records may remain subject to their retention practices.
Separate from the app’s privacy design
The patient-controlled encryption and reviewed AI-copy workflow described on the landing page are planned app features. They do not apply to this email list. We do not sell waitlist data or use it for targeted advertising.
